Privacy Policy
Last updated: 15 June 2026
Somnia (“the app”) is an offline ambient sound mixer published by TLM Software (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what data the app does and does not handle. The short version: Somnia is built to work without an account and without sending your activity anywhere.
No account, no profile
Somnia has no sign-up, no login, and no user profile. You do not give us your name, email, or any contact details to use the app. Your saved mixes, favorites, and settings are stored only on your device.
Your audio and your mixes stay on your device
Every sound loop ships inside the app. The app does not stream audio, does not upload anything you listen to, and does not sync your mixes to any cloud service. What you play is not transmitted off your device.
What we do collect
To keep the app stable we use two Google Firebase services:
- Analytics — anonymous, aggregate usage data (for example, which features are opened and on what platform), used to understand how the app is used in general. It is not tied to your identity.
- Crashlytics — automatic crash and error reports so we can find and fix bugs. These reports may include device model, operating-system version, and the technical state at the time of a crash. They are not used to identify you.
We do not collect your precise location, your contacts, your audio, or any special-category personal data.
Purchases
The one-time unlock is processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play and managed through RevenueCat, our purchase-management provider. Payment is handled entirely by the store — we never see your card or payment details. RevenueCat receives a non-identifying purchase token so the app can confirm and restore your unlock.
Advertising
Somnia shows no ads and contains no third-party advertising or marketing trackers.
Children
Somnia is a general-audience utility and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
Your choices
Because there is no account, there is no personal profile to export or delete. You can stop all analytics and crash collection by uninstalling the app. On both platforms you can also reset the advertising identifier in your device’s privacy settings.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update the date above and post the revised version at this URL.
