Common questions
The app won’t play any sound. Check that your device isn’t muted and the volume is up. Somnia respects your system volume and the hardware volume buttons. If a single track is silent, open its slider — its per-track volume may be turned down.
I bought the unlock but it’s not showing. Open the app, go to the unlock screen, and choose Restore purchases. Purchases are tied to your Apple or Google account, so use the same account you bought with.
Does it work without internet? Yes — every sound is built into the app and it works fully offline.
The sound stops when my screen locks. Somnia is designed to keep playing in the background and on the lock screen. If playback stops, make sure the app has permission to play in the background and isn’t being force-closed by a battery-saver setting.
The sleep timer didn’t stop playback. The fade-out timer lowers the volume to silence over the duration you pick, then stops. Make sure a timer duration is selected and started.
