These terms govern your use of Somnia (“the app”), published by TLM Software (“we”, “us”). By installing or using the app, you agree to them.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Somnia on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, reverse-engineer, or extract the bundled audio for use outside the app.

Purchases

Somnia is free to download and use with its free sound set and two mixing tracks. A single one-time purchase unlocks the full sound library, the third mixing track, and saved custom mixes. It is a one-time unlock — there is no subscription and nothing renews automatically.

Purchases are processed and billed by the Apple App Store or Google Play under their terms. Pricing is shown in your local currency at the point of purchase. Refunds are handled by the relevant store according to its policy. You can restore a previous purchase on a new device through the app.

Audio content

The bundled sound loops are used under Creative Commons Zero (CC0) or equivalent terms. They are provided for playback within the app only.

Acceptable use

Use the app lawfully. Do not use it in any way that could harm the service, other users, or infringe anyone’s rights.

No medical claims

Somnia is a relaxation and ambient-sound utility. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, or cure any condition, including sleep disorders or tinnitus.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The app is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TLM Software is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date above reflects the latest version. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
