What we collect
Arrows is designed to work without personal information. You don't create an account and we never ask for your name, email, address, or phone number.
- App activity / game progress. Stored in Firebase Firestore so progress survives a reinstall.
- Device or other identifiers. A Firebase install id generated on first launch — not an advertising id or anything tied to your real identity.
- Crash logs & diagnostics. Firebase Crashlytics reports stack traces when the app crashes. No PII attached.
- Purchase history. Apple or Google sends a purchase token to RevenueCat when you buy the one-time unlock. We never see card or billing details.
Sub-processors
- Google (Firebase Firestore, Authentication, Crashlytics, Analytics). Firebase data & privacy.
- RevenueCat. RevenueCat privacy policy.
- Apple / Google (App Store, Play Store). Their privacy policies cover the transaction flow.
Data deletion
Email support@swtlm.com with subject "Arrows data deletion request". We confirm deletion within 30 days.
