Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Arrows Rhythm. By installing the app you confirm you meet this age requirement and have the right to enter into these terms (or are using the app under appropriate parental supervision where local law permits).

Use of the app

Arrows Rhythm is provided as-is for personal, non-commercial use. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, redistribute, resell, or create derivative works of the app or any of its bundled assets. You may not use the app to violate any law or any third party's rights.

Account

Arrows Rhythm does not require you to register an account. Progress (including your ArrowCoin balance) is keyed to an anonymous Firebase Auth id by default — uninstalling the app or wiping the device may discard local progress that has not yet synced to the cloud.

You may optionally link an Apple ID (iOS) or Google account (Android) via Settings to enable cross-device transfer and reinstall recovery of purchases and progress. This is voluntary; the default state is anonymous gameplay. See our Privacy Policy for details of what is stored when you link an account.

Purchases & refunds

In-app purchases (Level Unlock, Zen No-Ad, three ArrowCoin packs (small / medium / large), and Full Pass) are sold and processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store) under their standard terms. ArrowCoin packs are consumable purchases with no cash value; unused coins are forfeited if you delete the app without backing up progress. Refund requests are handled by the App Store / Play Store directly — we don't have access to your payment information or the authority to issue refunds on the platform's behalf. Non-consumable purchases (Level Unlock, Zen No-Ad, Full Pass) can be restored on any device signed into the same store account, or recovered via optional account linking (see Account section above).

Intellectual property

The Arrows Rhythm app, its branding, level designs, and bundled artwork are the property of TLM Software Design, Inc. and protected by copyright. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of any intellectual property to you. You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app as published on the App Store and Play Store.

Termination

You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or terminate the service if you breach these terms or if we retire the app — in which case existing non-consumable unlocks remain valid until the app's store listing is removed.

Liability

Arrows Rhythm is provided without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, TLM Software Design, Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which TLM Software is established, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence are not affected.

Changes

We may update these terms occasionally. The "last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the app after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
