Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Arrows. By installing the app you confirm you meet this age requirement and have the right to enter into these terms (or are using the app under appropriate parental supervision where local law permits).

Use of the app

Arrows is provided as-is for personal, non-commercial use. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, redistribute, resell, or create derivative works of the app or any of its bundled assets. You may not use the app to violate any law or any third party's rights.

No account

Arrows does not require you to register an account. Progress is keyed to an anonymous install id stored on your device — uninstalling the app or wiping the device may discard local progress that has not yet synced to the cloud.

Purchases & refunds

The one-time unlock is sold and processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store) under their standard terms. Refund requests are handled by the App Store / Play Store directly — we don't have access to your payment information or the authority to issue refunds on the platform's behalf. The unlock is a non-consumable in-app purchase: once granted, it can be restored on any device signed into the same store account.

Intellectual property

The Arrows app, its branding, level designs, and bundled artwork are the property of TLM Software and protected by copyright. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of any intellectual property to you. You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app as published on the App Store and Play Store.

Termination

You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or terminate the service if you breach these terms or if we retire the app — in which case existing unlocks remain valid until the app's store listing is removed.

Liability

Arrows is provided without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, TLM Software is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which TLM Software is established, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence are not affected.

Changes

We may update these terms occasionally. The "last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the app after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
