Connect the Dots is operated by TLM Software Design, Inc., a Michigan corporation with offices at 27280 Haggerty Road, Ste C-6, Farmington Hills, MI 48331, USA ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the Connect Dots app or visiting the Connect Dots marketing pages, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. 1. Acceptance of terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Connect Dots: Link colors
mobile application ("App") and the accompanying marketing website at
apps.swtlm.com/connect-dots-game
(collectively the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service you confirm that
you are at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country,
whichever is greater) and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
Use on behalf of a minor is the responsibility of the minor's parent or guardian.
2. Licence to use the App
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to download and use the App on devices you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
You may not:
- copy, modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer, disassemble, or decompile the App or any part of it;
- create derivative works based on the App;
- rent, lease, sell, sublicense, or otherwise transfer the App or any rights in it to a third party;
- remove or alter any proprietary notices, labels, or branding in the App;
- use the App for any commercial purpose or for any public display without our prior written consent.
All rights not expressly granted here are reserved by TLM Software Design, Inc.
3. In-app purchase — Ad Free upgrade
The App offers a single optional in-app purchase:
- Ad Free (product ID:
connect_dots_ad_free) — a one-time, non-consumable purchase priced at $3.99 USD (or local equivalent). Once purchased, all banner ads, interstitial ads, and the ad gate on hints are permanently removed for as long as you use the App on the same Apple ID or Google account.
All purchase transactions are processed entirely by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store (depending on your platform). We do not handle, store, or have access to your payment method or financial details. Pricing may vary by region as set by the applicable store and is subject to change at any time in accordance with store policies.
Refunds. Refund requests are handled exclusively by Apple or Google under their respective purchase policies. We have no ability to issue refunds directly. To request a refund contact Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com or Google Play at support.google.com/googleplay.
Restore purchases. If you reinstall the App or switch devices, use the Restore Purchases option in the App's settings to re-activate the Ad Free entitlement at no additional charge.
4. Advertising
The free version of the App displays ads served by Google AdMob: a banner ad pinned to the bottom of game screens, interstitial ads between puzzles, and an optional ad that grants a hint when your hint balance is empty. Ad content is capped at a Teen rating on both platforms.
AdMob's data practices are governed by Google's privacy policy. Purchasing the Ad Free upgrade removes all ads permanently. See our Privacy Policy for details on how AdMob and the advertising ID are used.
5. Acceptable use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service, its servers, or any network connected to the Service;
- use any automated tool (bot, scraper, crawler) to access, download, or interact with the Service without our express written permission;
- introduce viruses, trojans, worms, or other malicious or harmful material into the Service;
- use the Service in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations;
- use the Service to transmit, distribute, or publish any content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, or otherwise objectionable.
6. Intellectual property
The App and all content, features, and functionality — including but not limited to the source code, artwork, graphics, puzzle designs, sound effects, music, user interface, and trademarks — are and remain the exclusive property of TLM Software Design, Inc. or its licensors and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual-property laws.
Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual-property rights to you. The limited licence in Section 2 does not constitute a sale of the App or any portion of it.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, TLM SOFTWARE DESIGN, INC. EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, that defects will be corrected, or that the Service or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or other harmful components.
8. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL TLM SOFTWARE DESIGN, INC., ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES — INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES — ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
IN JURISDICTIONS THAT DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. IN ALL OTHER CASES, OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING UNDER OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US (IF ANY) IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
9. Governing law and disputes
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Oakland County, Michigan for resolution of any such dispute.
If you are a consumer located in the EU, UK, or another jurisdiction that provides mandatory consumer protection rights, those rights are not affected by this clause.
10. Changes to these Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes we will post the revised Terms here and update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after any changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, stop using the Service.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the App. Sections 6, 7, 8, 9, and 12 survive termination.
12. Miscellaneous
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and TLM Software Design, Inc. regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements relating to it.
