Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Words Attraction. By installing the app you confirm you meet this age requirement (or are using the app under appropriate parental supervision where local law permits).

Use of the app

Words Attraction is provided as-is for personal, non-commercial use. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, redistribute, resell, or create derivative works of the app or any of its bundled assets.

Account

Words Attraction does not require you to register an account. Progress is keyed to an anonymous Firebase Auth id by default. Uninstalling the app or wiping the device may discard local progress that has not yet synced to the cloud.

Purchases & refunds

In-app purchases are sold and processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store) under their standard terms. All purchases — Puzzle Archive unlocks and Hint Packs — are non-consumable, one-time purchases with no subscription. Refund requests are handled by the App Store or Play Store directly — we cannot issue refunds on the platform's behalf.

Intellectual property

The Words Attraction app, its branding, puzzle content, and bundled artwork are the property of TLM Software Design, Inc. and protected by copyright. You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app as published on the App Store and Play Store.

Termination

You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or terminate the service if you breach these terms or if we retire the app.

Liability

Words Attraction is provided without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, TLM Software Design, Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which TLM Software is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence are not affected.

Changes

We may update these terms occasionally. The "last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the app after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
