These terms govern your use of the Alchemy Combine mobile app and the Alchemy Combine website (the "Service"), provided by TLM Software Design, Inc., a Michigan corporation with offices at 27280 Haggerty Road, Ste C-6, Farmington Hills, MI 48331, USA ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading or using the app you agree to these terms.

Who can use the Service

You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the EU/UK) to use the app. Alchemy Combine is not directed at children.

What the Service is

Alchemy Combine is a free idle element-combining puzzle game for iOS and Android. It runs fully offline — all gameplay, progress, and settings live on your device, with no account or backend involved. The app is monetized solely through an optional rewarded video ad provided by Google AdMob; there is no in-app purchase in this release.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the app beyond what applicable law permits.
• Use automated tools to interact with the app or to manipulate ad impressions or ad rewards.
• Use the app in any way that violates applicable laws or the terms of the App Store or Google Play.

Advertising

The only advertising in Alchemy Combine is an optional rewarded video, shown by Google AdMob only when you choose to start it, in exchange for extra Gift Boxes, an ingredient hint, or a brewing speed boost. Ad content is determined by AdMob and is subject to Google's advertising policies; we do not control which specific ads are shown. See our Privacy policy for how AdMob handles data.

In-app purchases

This release of Alchemy Combine has no in-app purchase. Every element, recipe, instrument, achievement, and theme is unlocked by playing. If a purchase is added in a future version, these terms will be updated to describe it before it ships.

Intellectual property

The Alchemy Combine app, its content database (every element and recipe), its original artwork, and the code that runs it are owned by TLM Software Design, Inc. The combine-to-discover mechanic itself is a well-established puzzle genre and is not our exclusive property. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the app for personal, non-commercial entertainment.

"Alchemy Combine" is our brand name for our particular implementation of this genre, and its use is not intended to imply affiliation with any other element-combining game or trademark holder.

No warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free, that your progress will be preserved across all device conditions, or that ad content will be appropriate for all audiences.

Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TLM SOFTWARE DESIGN, INC. WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED USD $5.

Changes to the app or these terms

We may update the app or these terms at any time. Material changes to the terms will be posted here with an updated date. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts of Oakland County, Michigan.
