Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of Gridspire, a game published by TLM Software Design. By installing or playing it you accept them. If you do not, please do not use the app.

Your licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Gridspire on devices you own or control, as allowed by the App Store Terms of Service. You may not copy, sell, rent, reverse-engineer or redistribute the app, except where that restriction is void under the law that applies to you.

Paying for it

Gridspire is a single purchase on the App Store. There is no subscription, there are no in-app purchases, and there is nothing further to pay. Apple handles the payment, so billing questions and refunds go through Apple rather than through us; we cannot issue refunds ourselves.

The app is provided as is

We work to keep Gridspire correct and pleasant to play, but it is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or free of defects, or that it will run on every device or every future version of iOS.

Limits on liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, TLM Software Design is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of Gridspire, and our total liability is limited to what you paid for the app. Nothing here removes rights you have as a consumer that cannot be waived.

Changes

We may update the app and these terms. Material changes will be reflected by the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use Gridspire after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
