These terms govern your use of the Ludo Online: Multiplayer mobile app and website (the "Service"), provided by TLM Software Design, Inc., a Michigan corporation with offices at 27280 Haggerty Road, Ste C-6, Farmington Hills, MI 48331, USA ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these terms.

Who can use the Service

You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the EU/UK) to use the app. The Service is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children.

What the Service provides

Ludo Online: Multiplayer is a free classic Ludo game for iOS and Android. It includes solo play against the computer, local pass-and-play for two to four players, nearby Bluetooth matches across two to four devices, Quick Match, and private online rooms by code. The free version is supported by limited banner and optional rewarded advertising. The app does not offer coin wagering or real-money stakes.

Nearby Bluetooth play

Play Nearby is a foreground, short-range connection between participating devices. One device acts as the authoritative host and may approve or reject guests. Radio conditions, operating-system restrictions, Bluetooth availability, device sleep, leaving the app, or the host's departure may interrupt or end the match. Nearby guest recovery is time-limited; host migration and cross-launch nearby resume are not provided in the current release.

You are responsible for choosing nearby games and display names appropriate for your group. Play Nearby does not require system pairing, but it does require Bluetooth access and a compatible device. On Android 8–11, the operating system also requires location permission to scan for Bluetooth devices even though Ludo does not use the scan to determine location.

Online play and fair use

Online dice rolls, turn order, and move legality are validated by Firebase Cloud Functions. Network interruptions, maintenance, device sleep, or another player's departure may delay or end a match. We do not guarantee that matchmaking will always find an opponent or that every interrupted match can be restored.

You agree not to:

• Use bots, scripts, modified clients, or exploits to manipulate matchmaking, dice, moves, rewards, purchases, or results.
• Attempt to access another player's account, room, purchase, or service data.
• Use a display name or reaction in a way intended to harass, impersonate, or abuse another person.
• Disrupt the Service, probe its security, or place unreasonable load on its infrastructure.
• Use the Service in violation of applicable law or Apple App Store or Google Play terms.

We may restrict access to online features when we reasonably believe the Service is being abused or its integrity is at risk.

Advertising

The free version may show a passive banner while you wait for another player's turn and on the results screen. In solo play, Lucky Six may be offered through an optional rewarded ad. Rewarded advertising requires your explicit confirmation and is not used to grant an online competitive advantage. Ad availability is not guaranteed, and declining or failing to load an optional ad does not prevent normal gameplay. Nearby matches do not use ads or purchases.

Remove ads purchase

Remove ads is a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase. While its entitlement is active, passive banners are removed and the limited solo Lucky Six benefit no longer requires its rewarded ad. The per-match Lucky Six limit still applies.

Apple App Store or Google Play processes the transaction and controls billing, refunds, and store-account eligibility. RevenueCat verifies and restores the entitlement. Prices may vary by country, currency, tax, and store. You can use Restore Purchases in the app to ask the platform store to restore an eligible purchase. Refund requests are handled under the store's applicable rules.

Intellectual property

The app's code, artwork, audio, interface, and other original content are owned by TLM Software Design, Inc. or its licensors. The traditional Ludo rules descend from Pachisi and are not claimed as our exclusive property. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the app for personal, non-commercial entertainment.

"Ludo" is used as a generic description of the game and does not imply affiliation with any other Ludo, Parcheesi, or Pachisi product or trademark owner.

Privacy

Our Privacy policy explains how local and nearby Bluetooth matches, online matches, ads, purchases, analytics, and crash diagnostics are handled.

No warranties

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, permanent preservation of saved games or stats, continuous ad fill, or compatibility with every device, Bluetooth radio combination, or future operating-system version.

Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TLM SOFTWARE DESIGN, INC. WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE DURING THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR USD $10. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Changes and termination

We may update, suspend, or discontinue features and may update these terms. Material changes will be posted here with a revised date. Continued use after updated terms take effect means you accept them. You may stop using the Service and uninstall the app at any time.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts serving Oakland County, Michigan, except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise.
