These terms govern your use of the Blood Pressure Diary mobile app and the Blood Pressure Diary website (the "Service"), provided by TLM Software Design, Inc., a Michigan corporation with offices at 27280 Haggerty Road, Ste C-6, Farmington Hills, MI 48331, USA ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading or using the Service you agree to these terms.

Who can use the Service

You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the EU/UK) to use the Service. The app is intended for personal health tracking only and is not a medical device. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

What the Service does

Blood Pressure Diary lets you record blood pressure readings (systolic, diastolic, pulse), tag them with arm, position, and feeling information, view trend charts, set reminders, and — with the one-time unlock — export your data as a CSV file or a formatted PDF report. All data is stored locally on your device. The Service requires no account and no internet connection.

Medical disclaimer

This app is a personal logging tool, not a medical device or clinical decision-support system. The readings you log reflect the output of your own blood pressure monitor and are displayed as you entered them. We do not interpret, validate, or act on your readings. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you read in this app.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service as a substitute for professional medical advice or treatment.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the app.
• Use the Service to develop a competing product or to train a machine-learning model.
• Attempt to circumvent any quota, rate-limit, or App Check controls.

The $1.99 unlock

CSV Import/Export and PDF Report generation are unlocked by a one-time in-app purchase of $1.99 (price may vary by region). The purchase is processed by Apple or Google through the relevant app store. The unlock is not a subscription and does not auto-renew. Unused trial periods are governed by Apple's and Google's standard trial policies.

Family Sharing is enabled: the unlock applies to all members of your Family Sharing group (iOS) or your Google Play family group (Android) under the terms of those platforms.

We may update export formats or add new export options in future app versions. Existing unlock purchasers receive those additions at no extra cost.

Refunds

In-app purchases are processed by Apple or Google. Refund requests are handled directly by them under their respective policies.

Your data

Our handling of your data is described in the Privacy policy. Key point: all health measurements are stored only on your device and are never sent to our servers.

Intellectual property

The Service and the Blood Pressure Diary app are owned by TLM Software Design, Inc. and its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the app for personal, non-commercial health tracking. You retain full ownership of the readings and notes you enter.

Service availability

Because the app works offline, core functionality (logging, charts, reminders, export) is always available regardless of our server status. Anonymous analytics and crash reporting require a network connection but are not required for any user-facing feature.

Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT THE DATA YOU ENTER WILL BE PRESERVED IN ALL CIRCUMSTANCES (FOR EXAMPLE, IF YOUR DEVICE IS LOST OR RESET). BACK UP YOUR DATA USING THE CSV EXPORT FEATURE.

Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL TLM SOFTWARE DESIGN, INC. BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE LIABILITY, OR (B) USD $10.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so the above may not apply to you.

Termination

You can stop using the Service at any time by deleting the app. Because no server-side account is created, there is no account deletion step required. Deleting the app removes all locally stored health data from your device.

Changes to these terms

We will post material changes here and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Oakland County, Michigan, and you consent to that jurisdiction. Nothing in this section waives any consumer-protection right that the law of your country of residence grants you and that cannot be waived by contract.
