Answers to the common ones

I bought the unlock but the levels are still locked
Open Settings → Grown-up settings → Unlock & restore → Restore purchases, on the same device and with the same store account that made the purchase. An adult passes the arithmetic check once, at the door of the grown-up settings. If it still does not restore, email us the store receipt and we will sort it out.
I want a refund
Refunds are issued by Apple or Google, not by us — they processed the payment. Settings → Grown-up settings → Unlock & restore → Refund help opens the right store support page for your device. If the store declines and you think that is wrong, write to us and we will help you make the case.
How do I erase everything my child has done?
Settings → Grown-up settings → Privacy → Delete local data. It clears every completed level, star and setting on that device and returns the game to its first-launch state, tutorial included. A purchased unlock survives and can be restored.
How do I turn off analytics and crash reports?
Settings → Grown-up settings → Privacy → Analytics & crash collection, switched off. It takes effect immediately and persists across restarts. With it off the app sends no analytics or crash reports at all, and the game plays exactly the same. The one thing the switch does not reach is the purchase record for the unlock — the store needs it so the purchase can be restored on a new device.
A level looks impossible
Every level in the game is machine-verified solvable before it ships, and the app stores the shortest possible solution for each one — so it can be done. If you are sure one cannot be, tell us the world and level number: that would be a bug worth fixing fast.
Will you add more levels or languages?
Yes to both. Adding a language is a translation file drop, so if the app is missing yours, ask — that is genuinely useful to hear.
